For clinicians
Tell us about your practice. We check your registration against the council register, then we call you — because the name a patient connects to has to be one somebody verified.
Plans
Every plan carries every feature, the assistant included. They differ in how many patients you can connect and how many staff accounts you get. Prices are read from the platform, so what is below is what you would be quoted.
Not a cut-down version — the whole panel, so you are judging the thing you would actually be paying for. The month runs from the day we create the account, and if you need longer we can extend it by about a fortnight. Ask; it is not a negotiation.
It runs on one of the plans below, chosen with you on the call, and that plan’s patient and staff limits apply from the first day. When it ends you choose the plan to carry on with. The trial is there to answer whether this fits how you work, and a practice that decides it does not owes us nothing.
One thing the trial does not include: a listing in Find a Doctor. Patients can still connect to you with your code during the trial — you appear in the directory once the subscription is active on a plan that includes a listing, and your listing is complete.
Pick the one that matches the size of your practice. Moving between them later is a conversation, not a penalty.

Nothing is charged on this page. Sending the form commits you to nothing, and neither does the call afterwards. You are put on the trial first; paying for a plan is a decision you make at the end of it, once you know whether this fits how you work.
On every plan
A tier that unlocks features turns a clinical tool into a shop, and the person who loses is the patient whose doctor is on the cheap one.
What differs
Request access
Three short steps. The two numbers about your practice are only used to work out which plan to talk about first.
What happens next
You send this form.
It reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
We check your registration.
Against the council register. This is why accounts are not instant, and it is the same check that lets a patient trust the name they are connecting to.
We call you.
To go through how you work, which plan fits, and what it costs. Nothing is charged on that call either.
You set your own password.
We send a one-time link. Nobody here ever knows your password — which is what keeps your name on your own notes.
