P6s is an independent software studio, registered as a sole proprietorship. It builds software products and provides engineering and IT services to clients — and it builds and maintains Glycoz.
What P6s does
Software built to be relied on, not demonstrated.
Two things, and they feed each other: client work pays for the time, and the product is where the standards get set.

- Glycoz is the first. Owned end to end, supported directly, and answerable to the people using it rather than to a roadmap somebody else set.

- Software that is maintained after it ships. A product with a health record in it cannot be handed over and forgotten.
- Privacy-conscious systems
- Particularly where health or personal data is involved. The guarantees Glycoz makes are enforced in its code, and that is how they are meant to be built.
Vision
A world where people living with a long-term condition can keep their own records with confidence — available offline, shared with a doctor only when they choose — without being sold to, locked in, or talked down to.
Mission
Build honest software. Ship products that work without a signal, explain exactly what they do with data, and never claim to be a doctor. Start with Glycoz, and keep raising the standard for what a health app is allowed to assume about the person using it.

Why this page names people: A young health product with named people behind it is more trustworthy than one behind an anonymous “team of experts”. If something in Glycoz is wrong, there is somebody to write to.

The product
Why Glycoz exists.
It started from one specific problem — a record that survives a mid-range Android phone on patchy mobile data, and can hand a doctor the real log rather than a photograph of a notebook page. Taking that seriously is what turned it into a record of everything around the readings: sleep, medicines, vitals, meals, activity and the rest, because nobody tracks one number in isolation and an app that insists they do is an app they stop opening.
Where it is today
Early. The Android app is in early access and not on Google Play yet, the clinician panel is deployed, and clinician accounts are still verified by a person rather than approved by a form. We would rather say that plainly than imply a scale Glycoz does not have.
What we hold to
Four rules that do not bend for a commercial reason.
Each one is enforced by something in the software rather than by a policy, and each one costs us something. That is how you can tell they are real.
- Nothing is deleted to make a point
- Records are archived rather than erased, and a restore brings back exactly what was archived. No commercial situation — a lapsed plan, a practice leaving — takes anything out of a patient’s app. Nothing a doctor, a practice or a plan does erases one, and a patient can ask to be erased.
- A practice’s billing never reaches a patient
- A practice that stops paying goes read-only for its own staff. The patient app is unchanged, and is never told anything about it. Glycoz Premium, a patient’s own plan, covers the assistant, meal estimates and longer PDF reports — never recording, history, charts, the CSV, doctors or emergencies.
- Emergencies pass every gate
- Billing state, plan limits, read-only. An emergency alert is exempt from all of them, and that will not be tightened.
- Nobody here can open a record
- Not support, not the person who built it. It is refused in the code rather than hidden behind a missing button, and a test asserts it stays refused.
