What you can open is theirs to choose, area by area, and enforced on our server rather than in your browser. They add you; nobody can add them.
Emergencies pass every gate
Billing state, plan limits, read-only: a patient's emergency alert reaches you through all of them, and can still be acknowledged.
Nothing is deleted over money
A practice that stops paying goes read-only for its own staff. Every prescription, alert and appointment stays in the patient's app, and nobody is shown your billing.
It works with no signal
The patient's app writes everything to the phone first and syncs later, so a weak connection never loses a reading.
And we cannot open a patient record. Not support, and not the people who build Glycoz. It is blocked in the code rather than by leaving a button out, and a test keeps it blocked.
Glycoz keeps records and carries messages. It is not intended to be used as a medical device, and has not been assessed as one; every clinical decision stays with the doctor.
